Personally, I don't think Waller needs to be 'fat'. It's not really a necessary trait to her character.

But she certainly shouldn't be some 23 year old supermodel who looks like she just stepped off the runway.

How can you take her seriously like that? Waller needs to look and act like she's seen some shit. Like she's actually done this forever, spent her life clawing to achieve the status of being the center of every government conspiracy theory ever. I actually think Viola Davis is perfect for her.
