he was fucking hilarious

She's fucking great. That being said she really isn't anyone's favorite since so many other characters just blow her out. Azula for starters is one of many.

I swear to god I saw this when I was younger bu I just can't recall it.

I had to check if that was a telecom episode. It was Studio Junio. They also did the episode "Avatar", which had some impressive colors.

It's from the Batman animated series, episode called The Underdwellers.
the early tms-bruce timm mash up was so nice. Later on characters lookes too washed up.

Looked at OP's image wrong, thought it was from Freakazoid.

Eric Radomski was better at designing expressive individualized characters than Murakami, who did Superman, New Batman Adventures and Beyond.
But the more generalized designs did mean that TMS did most of STAS episodes, which do have good effects animation, but it's not hard to miss the old look.
>took away their voices in the remakes
Were Snarf and Cringer really that annoying?
>>83970911
Cringer wasn't that bad.
Snarf I'm not sure.
>>83970911
I loved Snarf as a kid. He IS annoying as fuck.

Nobody liked him when he was silly. Nobody still liked him when he became emo.
