What is Bomango?
Its a comic by Van Heist. Until now its existed as an unsorted webcomic hosted on Deviant Art. Fairly soon we'll have our own site.
Who am I?
I'm Levi. I work with Van on story and editing, as well as miscellaneous non-art tasks.
I know all that, when's the reboot?
Soon. We were shooting before the end of this month, but we're probably not going to make it. I'm personally hoping for early/mid july. Most of the concrete steps are out of the way, its mostly a matter of Van being comfortable with the size of the buffer we've built.

Oh yes, that's fair. This one. This was indeed at some point, Gogo's backstory, though that morphed and changed a lot over the years (behind the scenes). But then in the final arc, we got a new version of Gogo's backstory, where she grew up isolated on an island with her father before eventually being sent to boarding school.

That's going to remain the same in the reboot.

The reboot is mostly going to be about giving the story a proper order (including a beginning), and only retell a few things (like the birth of Didi) were originally just fun ideas but now require more context.

Actually glad that the series is getting a real narrative. I remember rereading everything that was published back in like January and then got caught up when things were getting wrapped up.
