Furthermore? Princess Allura/Fala was born from the queen of Altea. We don't even know the name of Lotor/Sincline's mother, just that it was "an Altean bitch" according to Honvera. So while Sincline and Fala are both Altean, there is absolutely no mention of incest except from the details you added in.

There is also a flashback showing her talking to Daibazaal after she had already given birth to Sincline, and he's just like "I don't give a fuck if you gave birth to my son, die bitch!" and I don't remember rape being implied by anybody except for Daibazaal who raped her to produce Sincline.

So, is Allura just super strong normally and episode 10 was just the first chance we had to see it, or was that a result of the transformation/disguise? I'm thinking her transformation may have bulked her up a little, but she was still noticeably stronger than the other Galra. That one dude she shoulder blocked through a solid steel door. then she was holding that hanger door closed with her bare hands (I think her fingers even dug into the metal) and was overpowering about a dozen other Galra who were trying to pry it open, on top of the door mechanism itself. Then she one hand tossed Shirow about 30 feet into the escape pod.

That just seems a hell of a lot more than her transformation would allow for.

Yeah, I don't buy that shit for a bit. That was just Allura goading them on. Ignoring her superstrength, both Allura and Coran are positively embarrassing in a fight compared to any of the team.

Also something to note is that Coran explicitly doesn't have super strength. He tags Hunk to join him on the trip to Balmera specifically because he needs someone to do the heavy lifting, and when he actually tries to do move it himself he sprains his back.

So either Alteans have superstrength only when they're impersonating Galras (in which case why didn't Coran do that?) or it's something unique to Allura for some reason.
