This arc will deal with how superhuman crime is now harder than ever because Ulysses predicts when they're gonna do things, making it easier to arrest them (it's not pre-crime Minority Report since 99% of super-villains already have charges against them).

Elektra beat her up so often that her 'revival stipend' with the Hand was used up save for an experimental procedure.

Then she lost again, badly.

Now she's fine again, so I don't really care.
