She would not lose her boobs it's actually pretty difficult for women to lose all their fat in comparison with men and to lose weight would require her to eat at a caloric deficeit as well as work out, she can not build muscle while losing weight at the same time so there is no reason to assume she would have lost any weight especially enough to lose her breasts.

In order to gain muscle you have to eat more to have the calories to build that muscle loss of fat is due to eating at a caloric deficit the reason so many body builders have such defined musculature is because they eat at a caloric loss for months while continuing a their workouts so their muscles which they have already built do not atrophy, It's a matter of aesthetics not function.
And in the case of female body builders that also look somewhat mannish it is because they use steroids and testosterone to build more muscle faster.
Now if Parley has been training for function which I assume she has there is no reason to assume she had been eating less and so she would not have lost fat.

Winning competitions. Heavy dehydration and skin bronzer are used to show off muscle definition, not to "look good", as competitions are based on analysis of muscle proportions, not overall attractiveness. It's a sport, not a beauty contest, and as such it is also naive to assume that every single weight lifter or strength trainer is a "bodybuilder".

The rules by which bodybuilders are judged seem entirely arbitrary and the build of a bodybuilder has no purpose in real life at all.
It's a miracle there's even enough people who care about bodybuilding in its current form that it's still around.
Even if movies pick up a bodybuilder like Arnie, people just don't want to look at all the veins and 0% fat.
It's ugly.

We should assume that stylized parts don't reflect a physical reality (there isn't one, after all - it's fictional). Within a style, the artwork is used to show things about the characters and their world. For example, check out pic related. It shows Antimony as a human girl with light skin, red hair, and blue eyes. The modern style is rather different (the head-body proportion is way off, for one), but Antimony is still a human girl with light skin, red hair, and blue eyes.

Parley is now drawn with fine lines to show musculature, a feature that also appears only on Eglemore. Such detailed lines have in the past been used for small features like wrinkles and scars. Muscles with that level of definition require very low body fat. The last few comics are specifically showing off how Parley has changed. The only other places that "muscles" are drawn with definition are things like the body of Ysengrin, where it's literally separate strands bundled together in the rough shape of a limb, without skin or other covering.

So I'd say that Parley is exactly as ripped as she appears to be.
