Rate the Parts of the comic.
Part 1: Acts 1-4
Part 2: Acts 5.1 and 5.2
Part 3: Act 6 Act 1 - Act 6 Intermission 5
Part 4: Act 6 Act 6 - Act 7

Part 2 ≥ Part 1 > Part 3 = Part 4 (caliborn) >>> Part 4 (non-caliborn)

The first two parts are basically equal, but I liked how Part 2 expanded the scope of the comic a little more. The way both parts were wrapped up with Cascade was really great. Part 3 overall wasn't as good, but I think the alpha kids were fairly interesting and the intermissions still felt like the pesterlogs of Act 5 Act 2. Part 4 kind of drops the ball with the retcon and an arc that gets completely erased. However, Caliborn's sections are still enjoyable and even though Act 7 doesn't wrap up the entire story, it brings his story full circle. I think one theme that has persisted through the entire comic, intentional or not, is no action mattering if it doesn't lead to Caliborn's creation. The kids escaping to the new universe and making the planet that Caliborn grows up on has a bit of irony, since its the only universe he can't visit as Lord English because he leaves it when he's 11.
