I thought Hiveswap was a terrible idea from the beginning (who asks for $700k to fund a nameless game with no concept?) and that it would mess with the comic's schedule, so I didn't donate

It turned out to mess with the comic proper in ways worse than anything I could've imagined. I'm not sure if anything in the game could make me get over that mountain of salt. It'd have to be pretty damn good for me to even bother pirating it at this point. I never wanted a Homestuck game or a Homestuck media empire, just a good ending to the comic.
