It really depends on the story you're writing. I think he overdid the shabbiness of the second design though. She looks like she slept in a dumpster. The gloves are a little too soft in the first design; they're out of place.

Sounds like a legit Powerpuff episode to me. The only downside to it that I can see is that it's a lot to squeeze into an eleven minute runtime.
