This comic sounds unreadable. If a character has a powerful ability that is poorly defined I can't take any drama seriously, there is also no interest in the plot because as far as I know the writer can just pull solutions out of his ass.

So is there some restriction or pattern to what he can do? There doesn't even seem to be a consistent theme as conjuring clothing, and having premonitions have nothing to do with speed.

I also liked at the fact that the Yellow Speedster was referred to as Zoom, and the Black Speedster as the Reverse-Flash in the comics, yet the other way around on the CW show.

Before the New 52, "Zoom" and "Reverse-Flash" were both used interchangebly for the same characters. And now, in both the New 52 and the CW show, they try to simplify it by having the different individuals hold only one name (either Zoom OR Reverse-Flash), except they somehow messed it up by calling Eobard Thawne the Reverse-Flash in the show and Professor Zoom in the comics.
