this, he was the generic boss who wanted the employees to work or they got fired, but after awhile they started showing he's insecure, lonely, and is willing to bond with the screw ups who cause him stress on a daily basis.

But then you start hearing his "I care about keeping my job!" bits coupled with "It's all I've got" and then you realize, he's going to get fired in the season finale.

At least he has his pig.

Rigby being a cunt is the worst thing about the show. I can't root for a character who is essentially the antagonist. Not even a good kind of antagonist, he's just a total bastard and a bitch most of the time.

I think the worst offenders are...

* The episodes where the one where he was making Mordecai give him solids

* The episode where he tried to get Benson fired instead of himself

*The episode where he put up that wall in his bedroom to force Mordecai to live in Rigby's filth because he couldn't be bothered cleaning his own filth.
