The sibling may or may not be Teresa Durand (although it wouldn't make sense for her not to be given Emile's Chigaru's reaction to the DNA test at the end of the book), but there's no doubt that Peter's parents were expecting a second child. Might have been stillborn if Mary Parker was killed while pregnant though...

Still, I want to think Teresa Durand is Teresa Parker (and there's reasons that support the theory)

The New 52 gave a canon explanation for Gotham to be so corrupt and craddle for evil. Although it wasn't explicitly stated, it was heavily implied.

Demon Knights and All Star Western set it up: A stone, created by Satan, made of pure concentrated evil, rests in the bottom of the Gotham Bay since Jonah Hexx's and Amadeus Arkham prevented Dr Jekyll from using it for his serum. It accidentally fell in the water.
The ending panels show bubbles coming up as the stone sinks, and the plane pans out to show the water Gotham's bay first, and then the city's skyline with the sea below it.

another big forgotten subplot was the fact that the spy friend of Richard Parker, Peter´s dad, who also helped Peter search for any info on his parents got a DNA sample of from Peter and it was hinted that he also knew that he was Spider-Man.

I no longer care about SM stuff no more, and frankly comics. I hope Slott and any other writer that keeps his snowball from going be left outside the ream of SM.
