I think this goes along with the idea that dream bubbles don't really have a concrete definition of what time is. Characters don't really age in the bubbles because chronology doesn't mean anything to them anymore.

I'd say that implies the God Tiers will probably reach an age where they're at their physical peak, and then their bodies will start repairing themselves so they age mentally but not physically - like a Wolverine type thing. The alternative would be terrifying, and I don't think that's what Hussie was going for.
