Worse than another feminist comic, people actually cared about these characters and watched them get assassinated and hollowed out. It was banned because the threads were that bad. Pokemon wasn't banned from /v/ because it was terrible, but because it basically took over the board. Same thing with the horses that shall not be named or posted.

Look at, since we mentioned it, DoA. Thread after thread is people shitting on the comics SJW slant, and SJWs in general. But those aren't banned. People complain in these threads and they aren't banned. We have threads shitting on SJWs and liberal politics in comics and cartoon all the time. Look at all those recent Red Skull threads (though I'm not sure if the allure wore off for people or if mods actually clamped down on them. I avoided them because they were completely devoid of anything interesting comics-wise).

As far as I know, I'm a few weeks behind because it takes me some amount of effort to work up the interest to flip through it, their subplot is largely unchanged. Fuchsia has her own subplot of coming to terms with her devil nature, but Criminy is largely the same he's ever been. Tatsuya hasn't been so far gone yet to somehow turn him into some crazy feminist screed. The most was one scene where it was shown he doesn't see the Patriarchy Matrix code, and therefore isn't truly down with the cause or whatever. But other than that, he's been as helpful and nice to everyone as usual. Just, further in the background because his basic character doesn't really function with the comic overall.

Still better than what happened to Slick and Monique. Slick has just been trashed and Monique has become the very thing her character flaw was a joke about. And their friendship/burgeoning relationship was totally tossed out so she can date a bland, saccharine waifu. Something is developing with Slick, but the comic as a whole is still just so heartless and bland now.

Better to be largely forgotten than ruined, in the end. That said, even as recently as as a few months ago, the tension is still there. Still all over him and still jealous of Amber. Things just haven't really developed since their major plot years ago and they barely ever show up together. Most of the screen time focuses on Fuchsia's self esteem issues and interactions with the new status quo of the comic, rather than the relationship itself.

Well fighting things out resolves attitude problems real fast. If we had legalized dueling then there'd be a lot more polite people walking around, that's for sure.

I really would like dueling to solve issues but this would bring issues like what about a dispute between a man an a woman? Would we have government sponsored champions in case one of the sides is clearly in a disadvantage?

Also I wonder if some people would end up addicted to this kind of thing. I really would like to fight but social norms and a wuss dad makes me refrain from fighting. Also people usually subestimate my strenght as I have the strenght you would expect from someone considerably bigger than me.

People can always refuse a challenge to a duel. Maybe there could be a provision in which a person can have a stand-in if the challenger agrees. Naturally, if the person refuses, then honor should be satisfied by that. I would imagine that a man that refuses would basically be called a coward without a sufficient reason to refuse if he's challenged for a good reason (like fucking the challengers wife or something like that). No one would think any less of a person that refuses a severe mis-match or a person that didn't do anything to justify being challenged.
