if there's been a major positive of Allie's run it's all the Abe/Bruttenholm interactions, Bruttenholm to me is one of the most fascinating characters in the universe. he was intimately involved in so many parts of this universe while being almost completely non-combatant.

I don't mean to interrupt the story time, but I have a really hard time getting a beat on some of these demons.

Like, a lot of them don't seem really that evil? Especially the ones who've gotten a taste of independence. What exactly makes them evil or is this just vindictive bullshittery?

They aren't all evil, it's just that because they are demons they are perceived as evil. Like Asmodeus, he just wanted to relax and marry willing sexy dames but the man was trying to keep him down. A lot of the lesser demons that Hellboy meets are just trying to get by, the fae he's ran into have been more evil than most of the demons

What about Divinity and God themselves? What about Angels and so forth?

I've seen Demons, I've seen Eldritch things, Feyish creatures- I've even seen Aliens a couple of times in this series but I've never seen anything I would or could consider divine or belonging to divinity with the exception of the subtle little charms and miracles priests or whoever perform.

Where is "God" in this series?

Well in the first storytime we see God make everything and angels, specifically Anum but they are called Watchers. Also angels in the mignolaverse don't look like how we think of angels, for example: Hellboys Right Hand of Doom is what an angel hand looks like.
