We are gonna read some best of decade comics that thankfully Fanta decided to put on Digital.
Thankfully this thing all fits into a single thread(barely)
Come Along those of you still awake.
This is from 2014 if you are curious oh and the physical edition of this is really strange but quite amazing and worth owning.
I thought this was that one weird comic that told you to take breaks and read it a certain way, just too much work for a comic.

It does
>>83203338
Also, sometimes work can make something more satisfying.
>NSFW
I hope you don't get in trouble.
>>83203338
I storytimed it once on /aco/, including the breaks. Good times.
>>83203518
That seems excessive considering the state of that board whenever I glance at it.
>>83203452
I get that but coming in cold I am skeptical of this being worth it
Obviously as this is a story time we will be breaking some of the rules.

see u in 1 week

How has your June been?

I actually stared reading this, decided to take the recommended i think two week wait, and then i completely forgot about it.
just posting to say i'm reading and thanks op
umm
what?
>>83205982
yes?
>>83203213
Care to elaborate? I'm always curious when a creator makes the physical aspect noteworthy in this day and age.
>>83206088
So the book is 248 pages and is about the size of your standard HC but I don't know what they printed it on but it feels like the low fat version of that to hold in your hands
It is SUPER LIGHT
That is the End.
I did not like it. It seemed like a nice little travelog and a trite Romance. I have to say design and layout are outstanding but wasted on such trivial story.
>>83207085
I want to add that maybe i did not get ot and will gladly accept an explanation.
>>83207100
an unconventional coming of age story of a 27 Belgian manchild?
i'm waiting a week right now to finish this or at least a day in between.
Thanks for the storytime, OP. It was an interesting read.
I thought the instructions to wait were strange so I poked around online and found this from an interview with the author:
>In Arsène, most drawings are meant to be ‘read’ you can just glance over them and take them in quickly. Here and there I’ll have a more elaborate drawing or some graphical effect to force the reader to look. When you’re binging on something, whatever it may be, you destroy it in the process, you devour it and still feel unfulfilled afterwards. Sometimes reading a 12 page minicomic feels much more satisfying then a fat graphic novel. You can spend maybe 30 very intense minutes with it. Read it, contemplate it, read it again, look at the drawings, look at the way its made…

pffffff

>When you’re binging on something, whatever it may be, you destroy it in the process, you devour it and still feel unfulfilled afterwards.
I am currently experiencing this very feel with The Venture Bros.
>>83203178
this was good, but i feel like if i actually waited for the suggested times, i would have liked it less
>>83207085
Do you think good cinematography can be wasted on a "trivial story" in a film?
>>83206111
No tranparency problem?
Thnaks for the storytime, OP.
