As a fan of AoS, I'm honestly surprised this wasn't the last season. The main overarching antagonist for the series is dead and a lot of the character arcs have been concluded. With an extra 20 minutes or so on the last episode to tidy a few things up and get their final farewells in, that could have been the season finale.
