New 52 Superman recommend reading

The Grant Morrison run of Action Comics, the first arc of Batman / Superman, Superman Unchained, Johns' run, the Charles Soule written stuff in Superman / Wonder Woman. I'd also recommend Darkseid War because it was fun to see him as the God of Strength.

There was also some goofy shit. The SuperDoomsday run was silly. The depowered T-shirt biker phase was silly. NuSupes also had terrible characterization in JL.

Greg Pak's Action run has some great character writing and art, even if you can feel editorial fucking with the plot.
