NOTHING came out of Civil War. The event literally affected nothing. Its only change to the status quo, Spidey's unmasking, was retconned away shortly afterwards. It was the very definition of "sound and fury, signifying nothing". Only way you could have thought it was important was if you were a very small child at the time and it was the first comic book event you've seen, instead of the thirtieth.
