I genuinely think Marvel's villains are more memorable then most of DC's in most cases, but they use them a lot less anyway.

Marvel likes to play it safe and use obscure villains only in group shots (for the most part), DC seems to vary it a bit more which is why you can actually get normies recognise characters like Black Mask or Metallo

He is actually one of the main villains of the last Deadpool run by Posehn and Duggan.

On topic, I always thought that Death-Stalker was a quite cool villain, too bad most of the writers had no idea in how to use him. Then again, his powers were complicated to work with without making him too overpowered or too much of a jobber.

What about the pirate lady? Or The Thumper?
