What I'm trying to do is set everything up and make it so simple that someone who only has writing experience can make their own VN.

All the characters and sprites will be preloaded, there'll be very specific simple tutorials on how to make them talk, and an example VN that you can crib code off of or add routes onto.

He also cared greatly about her opinions given how intelligent she is and their closeness so there's some possible pale feelings in there as well.

I hated that part so much, mostly why I hated Act 5. It was right after he stopped updating consistently, right after Mom and Dad died, and he bungled Rose going grimdark really bad. Then that happened, and I knew, then and there, he was starting to break, and the comic was going to shit itself. People kept telling me it wasn't anything, but no, I've seen it before and knew right fucking then he was going to let his ego suffocate his works. The golden cow comment was just arrogant enough to be transparently sincere cockshit from an overblown losing-touch nerdlinger.

I'm not happy how right I ended up being. I had no idea it'd sink this bad. Just raw disgust at his conduct after that initial year of profound respect and wonder.
