Can't really go wrong with anything on this list. My favorites are New Frontier, Flash/GL Brave & the Bold, Emerald Dawn II, Will World and Legend of the Green Flame

Also if you haven't read all of Johns' GL you should go back and read from Rebirth

I'd also recommend Marv Wolfman's Green Lantern (GL v2 #133-153)
