It's decent enough.
But it's still incredibly annoying that they pretty much ignored the ending of DK2 to make this plot happen.

It's not great, but it's not awful like you claim, the paneling and composition are still strong, as is Miller's use of talking heads and caricature used in interviews. His fight art is still pretty good too, the scene with the Atom at the start is awesome, as is the scene at the end where Captain Marvel sacrifices himself. Even the "get out of my cave" scene has decent fight art. The coloring is probably the worst thing about the art, and Miller's art in general looks miserable with digital coloring.
