The best post movie is likely krusty towers, only one I remember enjoying
The splinter. I'd love to meet someone who enjoyed this and ask them why or possibly squid baby, which I haven't and currently refuse to see.

Worst premovie is probably reef blower, it's just kind of bland but it's really bad.

That butchered 11 minute version of Shanghaied. I can't think of any particularly bad pre-movie episodes. Just ones that I didn't find memorable.

Runner up is the episode where Spongebob and Patrick pilot a submarine into the trench and sell krabby patties to the sea monster. I forget its name.

The episode where Spongebob is stuck in some kind of predicament, Patrick only makes it worse, and when Spongebob finally tells him to piss off, some bystanders call him a bully and he has to apologize for it. I think it was Stuck in the Wringer.
