Absolutely. A lot of it's humor was based on current events and gags which though innovative then have now gotten stale (think Seinfeld). It holds up on a rewatch but it isn't the earth mover it once was.

Oddly enough Tiny Toons has aged way worse imo but I can't pinpoint why.
