Ultron used an advanced medical device called the Cradle made to aid human tissue regeneration to create a synthetic man for Ultron to upload his mind into. I think he has synthetic cells made of Vibranium and...some kind of plastic? I'm not totally clear. He has a dick if Ultron decided to create him with one, which I'm not sure.

Haven't seen Age of Ultron yet? Ok, hold on. This is a doozy.

So, at the beginning of the move Scarlet Witch gives all the Avengers bad visions of either the past or the future. Most of them follow the theme of "worst fears come true" Thor sees some vague shit that seems to involve the Infinity Stones causing the fall of Asgard so he fucks off for half the movie on a vision quest to learn more.

Helen Cho is in the movie, and her introduction is the use of her invention, the "regeberation cradle" to heal one of Hawkeye's wounds. The cradle is like a 3D printer that can print organic tissue.

Later on, Ultron steals some Vibranium from Ulysses Klawe. He goes to Helen Cho's lab and forces her to use the cradle to print him a new, semi-organic body whose cells are infused with Vibranium (whatever that means). He also cracks open Loki's scepter from the first movie, revealing the Mind Stone within, which he attaches to the body's forehead. He starts to upload his consciousness into the new body but the Avengers show up and take it away, interrupting the process.

Back at HQ, Stark decides to upload Jarvis into the body instead, but while he does so, Cap argues with him, because it looks pretty much like Tony is just about to create a second Ultron. Tony starts powering up the device to upload Jarvis and bring the body to life, but Cap and Quicksilver shut it down.

Out of nowhere Thor flies in and uses his lightning to supercharge the device. Apparently his vision quest gave them the info he needed to realize Stark was on the right track. And so Vision is born.

Being Vision is suffering

Given that the regeneration cradle actually prints organic cells, it seems likely to me that whatever template is used for "complete body" likely included the genetalia because if you're printing a dude a whole new body so you can do brain surgery to swap his brain from his paralysed body into a new one, he probably wants a dick in the new body.

So my suspicion is that Vision does indeed have genetalia. Even if the cells are infused with vibranium they're based on an organic blueprint.
