This. Jasper doesn't hold any personal grudge against Earth or it's inhabitants, she was only interested in fighting Rose. Yellow Diamond on the other hand is being unreasonable and incredibly butthurt about whatever happened in the past, to the point she wants to see Earth blown up no matter what it takes.

Actually I could se Jasper reformed before Lapis. True Lapis did hang around in the spoilers but she seemed preatty bitchy. I could see that leds to conflict where she will be alone for sometime thus giving us time for precious Steven Jasper bonding

From what I can recall, she did have a fierce loyalty to her Diamond. However, I do believe she has an aragonce, believing herself to be more important to YD than she is; which is why she went against protocol, and disobeyed YD's command to complete the mission, instead trying to bring Steven to homeworld, believing it will would help their fight in a war that has long since passed.
