Is this the best example of blackwashing?

No.

>Perry White
>is black

He's pretty good but >>81779652 will always be the best.

Legitimately intimidating, has played legitimately intimidating crime bosses before, so he knew how to do it/the viewer can readily buy it.
I mean, he's a big guy. If you are going to have Kingpin be "not fat" that is the way to do it.
The Huntress

But she's the only huntress that isn't a whiny bitch/Batman cocksucker.

Nope.
I think it make sense to diversfy characters.
Comics as a medium for a really long time has been only aimed at young white men. But now a lot of people read comics.
These characters have existed for decades. They're leftovers from an era that didn't want diversity. Because they are also unchanging due to popularity it also means that the cast will never ever be diverse.
I think blackwashing makes sense.

But blacula already exists
>>81780265
Making a character black for diversity is pointless.
Casting a black actor to play a white character is fine, so long as the actor is the best person for the role.
If you want diversity, create new, diverse characters, instead of lazily taking someone else's work and idea and making it into a token representation for a different ethnicity.

Perry White isn't exactly integral to the Superman supporting cast
>>81780362
>Make Ben Ulrich Black
>Not just using Robbie Robertson who is already black Ben Ulrich
Why?
