I love the little bastard, but jeez. I watched the DS2 playthrough before I touched DS, so I didn't see the problems. Came back a year later after getting super into Souls, and it nearly gave me an aneurysm.

Something you have to do to progress in the game, you literally cannot miss it. I'm glad I gave up on that play through, had enough of them missing everything because "no that way looks like progress."
