So what of the theory that during the episode with the many Bloos, Mac chose the wrong Bloo and that's why the Bloo is such a jerk in the later seasons while in the pilot he's more mischievous.

I found it!
Right at 11:30 bloo sings and it does sound like the rhythm of the pac man song, although i do know bloo had sang songs with that same rhythm in other episodes.
