The cartoon honestly isn't bad. I definitely like how they kept Blossom as having the ice breath, which is something that can't be said for Dance Pansted.

I also like how their eyes are a lot more expressive.

There's a different feel to the show, but that's obvious due to different people working on it and a much brighter animation style. It's definitely not the older series, but that's fine.

It is still very clearly the Powerpuff Girls.

So I'm watching Season 3 Episode 2 a, town and out. The old show was so fucking dark and redpilled. The stinking shit city, the real world consequences. The tranny on the street and the guy pulling a gun out saying "I'm going to work." This would never fly today and I'm sure children could enjoy it while I'm also enjoying it as an adult. Man Up was my least favorite episode (4/10), Escape from Monster Island was better but not by much (5/10), but Princess Buttercup was pretty good and what I'm looking for in a PPG reboot (8/10). If they keep making more episodes like the latter, I would probably look forward to more episodes.

6/10. I have no problem with the voice changes, in fact I actually like how some of them sound. I'm more concerned about their delivery. Most of the time you can tell they're amateurs. Hope they'll improve in later episodes though.

6/10. It's either the slow pace of We Bear Bares mixed with PPG, or the randomness of AT mixed with PPG. It just doesn't fit. I'd rather they focus on other methods of humor or have it be like Steven Universe where they leave most of it out for slice of life.

But even when I do, I can tell that the show still isn't that perfect and needs improvement if it ever wants to last on CN.
