The digital first Superman series, I don't remember the proper name right now but just to tell you it was majestic, truly destilled all good is Supes.

Adventures of Superman (2013 to 2014) was pretty good but it also had some not so great pieces. In generally, almost all of them are inspirational Superman stories and a good 2/3rds are definitely in the fun/light vein.

Action Comics #800 is a favorite of mine. One of the best single-issue Superman stories ever made.

Up, Up and Away! is a great story.

If you can handle his crazy-ass fifth dimensional writing, Grant Morrison's New 52 Action Comics run was pretty great.

This is a good one, but I wouldn't go so far to call it light hearted.
My favorite funny supes story is the Superman-Batman Annual #1 from 2006.
