Unlikely, as animals are not exclusively homosexual. As in, they engage in homosexual behavior, but they also copulate with the opposite sex to pass their genes on. In human terms we would call them bisexual. This makes sense, since exclusive homosexuality would be quickly bred out of the gene pool. Exclusive homosexuality is also mostly a human invention and does not appear to be natural.

And for all we know, some animals might "think" they're the opposite gender, but the fact that they still mostly behave right means it's completely inconsequential and should be ignored. You know, like in humans.
