It was an ok usage of the comics media.

However self insertion thing got shit after second time.

Was it? It seemed okay in places, very standard sequential storytelling. But, like the self insertion, it seemed childishly egotistical to the detriment of it's readers, at other points.

e.g. The pills over the faces of Rize or Die members, clever use of imagery. However, the rose petals and what not over text bubbles? An annoyance at best. The narrative purpose of those rose petals (what he is saying doesn't matter, he loves Marla, or some shit) Could have been served without interrupting the speech of the characters, if you want the characters to be saying something, but don't want the readers to know what they're saying, make scribbles. If what they're saying isn't important, have them say nothing. The interrupting speech bubbles with barks and gunshots works, but the rose petals are just annoying to the reader who wants to know what the character is saying.

Another narrative point, all the "Fight clubs"

Tyler's franchising. But part of Fight Club is that it appeals to males. People who have been disenfranchised by society, told they are worthless and incorrect in everything they do.

What is the appeal of Fight Club to women? Seriously. Why would any woman want to join? After a book, a movie, and the first half of this comic, exclusively talking about Tyler as a Paternal figure to lost males, "Quilt Club" shows up, and all of a sudden girls are in the Club too. Seems like needless diversity and doesn't fit the narrative at all. His girlfriends told him he was being sexist and he said nuh uh and put some girls in 2/3rds through.
