Aye. Although, I'm still waiting on the run where Peter is recognized as a living legend and treated with the respect a veteran hero deserves, revered by the younger heroes and respected by his peers, and acts like one too. No 'I joke because I'm afraid' anymore. Just 'I just because I find it funny, but I don't need jokes to beat you.' I'd like toreally see him come into his own and act like the man that's been doing this since he was a child, to mature and show the growth you'd expect someone to exhibit when they've been doing something so dangerous since they wee 15.

At the very least he should be jaded as fuck by now. That 'quips are a defense mechanism' always bothered me for a fully grown, veteran Spider-Man.

According to some Official handbook I've head for years, Spidey can press/lift 10 tons while Venom can do 11 tons, so it's pretty close. It also says Carnage can do friggin 50 tons, and that Toxin is stronger than both Venom and Carnage combined.
