Kingpin is coming back to New York from exile in Europe, I think, and Spider-Man is trying to take care of him before he gets settled. Daredevil has some sort of ulterior motive that requires Kingpin to get home but just tells Spider-Man to fuck off instead of explaining it. Spider-Man doesn't, obviously, and intercepts Fisk's motorcade, resulting in this.

It turns out Daredevil set up this retarded thing as bait so that Kingpin could get to his destination without Spider-Man interfering.

I don't really get it either.

Was just going through my small collection of Smoke Signals (tabloid anthology put out by the NYC comic shop Desert Island) and there's a Michael Deforge Silver Surfer double pager that's fucking lovely. (It won't fit on my scanner 'cause tabloid and can't afford an A3 one...yet) Actually there's loads of great Deforge stuff in Smoke Signal--lots of collabo's, him drawing, someone else writing and vice versa. Btw couldn't find the SS comic on google; bit weird as Smoke Signal is free (but ya hafta pay if you live overseas) and it's so nice I'd have thought at least some of it would be on tumblr.
Silver Surfer has an erection literally through the whole comic, he addresses the reader throughout: "oh, this? The boner's an occasional side-effect of the Power Cosmic", starts talking about his divorce, funny as fuck.
Sod it, I'll post some of his X-Men story from the Strange Tales book
