This could work as an animated movie. Using lex as a businessman in that period of the 30s with this superman would make for interesting conflict

I do like the idea of Lex chomping a cigar, wearing a top hat, and killing Union Bosses. And I presume he leads some sort of company that makes 1930's superweapons that he sells to South American countries whose wars he engineers?
