But in answer to your question, not really. As they're all legacy heroes they kinda rely on the actions of their predecessors. For that reason, Tim is pretty much fixable with minor tweaks to the CURRENT established canon. Kon is a clone, so argument could be made you could essentially just 're-birth' him, pun intended. But even still, much of what makes Kon, Kon; is his history with Superman and Tim etc.

Sadly though, Bart is absolutely fucked. No fixing the Flash mythos.

In my opinion, I think it could work. Introduce Bart and say that Bar Torr just heard of Bart's exploits from his history class or whatever and decided to take on his name, so that way it is possible for the two to exist at the same time without it being /too/ convoluted. Then from there, introduce Max, and... eh, actually, now that I think of it, I don't think Max would work if Barry's still around. Like, the main reason why Max mentored Bart is because Wally was too young and didn't want to deal with taking care of Bart, but if Barry was still alive, then Barry would most certainly have taken in Bart, I mean, duh, he's his grandson. So now that I think of it, I feel like, if you want to keep Bart, well, "Bart," Barry /has/ to die. Yeah, but Bart wouldn't be living with Max. Even if Barry was out of town, Iris is still there, so Bart would just live with her. Maybe Max can tutor Bart, but only when Barry's on a job that's TOO dangerous for Bart, because you know Barry would most definitely take Bart along whenever he's dealing with, say, the Rogues. But against someone like Darkseid, Barry would leave Bart at home. So, knowing that, the interaction between Bart and Max would be very little, so he won't be making any impact on Bart's personality. Like, one of the biggest things about Bart, which Johns got wrong and is the reason why I think he ruined him, is that Bart does NOT want to become the Flash or Kid Flash. He even had a nightmare where he became Kid Flash. Bart does not want to follow in his grandfather's, or even Wally's, steps; he wants to become his own person. And I think one of the reasons for this is because of Max. Max sort of instilled in Bart, you know, a rebellious spirit, and that he needed to become his own person, instead of just being... Barry Allen's grandson. So, if Bart is spending more time with Barry and not with Max, then he's gonna lose that aspect. Barry's not gonna teach him to NOT follow in his footsteps. If at all, as we've seen with Wally, Barry would want him to become the next Flash. This would definitely alter Bart's characterization.
