There was this comic about a sparrow (I think it was) taking care of his senile mother in a creepy old house, but the artist locked the rest behind a paywall iirc. Always wanted to know how that went.

I don't like the idea of bird people using tools in their wings. If I were to make a bird people race, they'd all fight with their feet and beaks. Imagine a bunck of native hawks flapping their big intimidating wings and attacking you with rough weapons attached to their talons. You know, seems kinda weird that birds can hold things.

>>81077173
Like this. This is how a bird would do it. A bird wouldn't hold the toothpick in it's nonexistent hand.

Well, it's not on-topic or about birds exclusively, but Over the Garden Wall had a great bird character.

The bird just says "stop or else" without telling the man why he needs to stop. Maybe the man loved dogs and would have gladly complied if he had had a good reason.

The wife swings a fucking axe at his mouth to kill the bird. What the fuck did she think would happen?

Fairy tales are fucking weird, man. Although in the original it seems like the wife was swinging while the bird was still in his hand, she just missed.

I fucking love gryphons, but I find them so underrepresented in so many forms of media. Most of the time in place of dragons. Is there anything /co/ related that features some beloved catbirds in a major or minor role?

This looks great, actually. Cheers.

I know. I started watching it first because of Gilda and I've stuck around waiting since for another Gilda/griffon episode. Worth it.
