They honestly could say "It was a teleport" and have her brought back as a Grimm that way. We saw her glow yellow and blow away into the wind, nobody in the show said that she got incinerated. It would also be a way for Cinder to have actual fight scenes without everybody saying "Oh she can literally burn people at such high degrees instantly that they are reduced to dust! How does she lose fights?"

Ok so Grimm Pyrrha and Jaune

Initial Encounters - Awkwardness. Danger. Tension. Lots of talking and discussion first, especially if Ruby is around. She saw her get vaporized right in front of her. Ruby is going to be suspicious as hell about whether this is "Pyrrha" or not. Here you have to decide if you want this to be happy or dark. If it's happy, it's Pyrrha coming to terms with her changed appearance and trying to fit back in among the living. Dark have her constantly in link with Salem, trying to feign ignorance and infiltrate RNJR

First Touch - If you're going happy, this is a lot easier to write. Pyrrha's been given a second chance at life, and she'll want to pick up right where she left off. Lots of cuddling, hand holding and gentle stroking of bodies here as she insists on spending the night in Jaune's tent as often as possible. If dark, basically the same thing but hiding her ulterior motive, perhaps using a Grimm Parasite of her own to slowly turn jaune into her slave/pawn.

Grimm need Love too - Now the actual smut. Once again, their affections for each other are building more and more heightened by her return and the more pervasive danger they face each day.Sex in the woods or tent here, probably when they're "gathering firewood", fast, passionate rutting, desperate to feel more of each other. For the dark, a nice twist would be Jaune's love for her perhaps making D.Pyrrha go rogue from Salem and just drag Jaune away like a spider with her meal, to hide and use him as long as she can, slowly corrupting him until he's completely beholden to her and no one else. Lots of potential conflict with the rest of RNJR here.

Complications - This is more a side-panel to the above, but we've been told that Grimm cannot be around happiness or love. What if the act of lovemaking and Jaune's affection causes the Grimm part of her physical agony/pain? How do you deal with that? Jaune's healing aura perhaps? (I heal you wit mah dick!)

Aftermath - Escalation of lovemaking here. The dark route comes into play her more. Pyrrha exposing Jaune more and more to the grimm parasite turning him more and more Grimm to reduce the pain his "love" for her is causing her and reducing him to nothing more than a toy. If you go light sided, sticking to conventional lovemaking until they discover the secret macguffin to bring her "truly" back or decide to finally let her go (bittersweet end "I forget you") etc.

Velvet and Cardin

If there ever was a pairing you had to decide a tone before even writing it, this would be it. Right away you've got to decide if you're going to write a sexual abuse/darkfic or a happy/redemption fic. From what limited stuff we've gotten from these two, we don't have a lot to work with in regard to their personalities.

The Bully - This will be the overriding tone right from the get go. Cardin's an ass, and Velvet's got to deal with it. Expect medium physical abuse here, pushing, shoving etc. If you're going light you may have to either have Velvet develop a spine here, or Cardin to have twinges of 2nd thoughts as he's doing this.

Escalation -

Dark - More aggressive bullying. Stuff like that greentext of Cardin Cornering velvet in the library, start with aggresive groping and more abuse but not actual sex yet. Cardin's having fun with his food.

Light - Start as above but have Velvet make him question why he's doing it, perhaps have a scene where Cardin admits a bit about himself while he's not in front of his buddies. Probably nothing physical will happen here.

Rough Waters -

Dark - Velvet is too afraid to tell anyone because of how frightened cardin makes her/shame at what's happening. Darker stuff here, probably the forced sex/rape, gang bang, etc. Secluded locations to avoid arousing suspicion.

Light - Building a real relationship here, more talks not in front of his team, maybe having him occaisionally tease her in front of his team, but tapering off. No physical affection yet here, MAYBE hand holding, maybe a kiss at the end of several dates, but nothing more. Cardin's got a lot of shit to make up for.

Endgame -

Dark - If you go dark, I can't imagine the abuse going on too much further without someone, either her team or the administration noticing it. That much abuse starts buillding up on a person, it affects their ability to function. You can probably explore what ever depraved torture/bondage thing you can come up with here, but it'll probably end up with Cardin getting severely injured/murdered by the hands of CFVY or kicked out of Beacon as a result.

Light - Probably going to end on a conventional tone here. They've built up the relationship where Cardin has become a changed man, plenty of dates, handholding and kissing around campus culminating in some really passionate sex that Velvet is only too happy to indulge in after all that pent up waiting and wanting. Expect Velvet to take the lead here and test the stamina of Cardin with demands for multiple orgasms.

There should be greater consequences here than simply Ruby being very supscious of wheter or not she's actually Pyrrha and gradually letting her in.

If anything it would flat vehement denial considering the fact that Ruby not only saw he get an arrow through her chest but that there is entire situation of a nigh powerful foe out there that might have be responsible. If her appearence is practically monstorus the first meeting is likely to be violent and estranging.

Moving on from that lets look at how Jaune should be feeling. Yes if he somehow went full retard and chose to immediately accept that Pyrrha is back, there shouldn't be a relashionship there, especilly after the shit she pulled just she died.

She ignoed his orders, shoved him in a pod and went off to die. Not only calling him useless as a fighter and leader, but also putting in the ground any trust he might have had in her.

Coco and Ruby

This one is sort of a toughy since their interests and personalities don't seem like they'd ever intersect, maybe discussing their respective weapons, but that'd be about it. Probably treat this like a Ladybug relationship, but with more explaining the birds and the bees.

'Splaining things - Coco will probably spend more time giving Ruby "the talk" and in a way that won't allow Ruby to fall back on going "ew gross" she'll force her to listen and learn about it. Probably talk about fashion too and how Ruby should dress differently if she wants to attract the attention of others. Ruby is of course impressed with Coco's confidence and style but is unable to articulate how that makes her feel about her. Nothing really happening here.

Warming up - Ok so Ruby is sufficiently impressed at Coco's attitudes here. Perhaps this leads to more visits, trips to clothes/gun stores for things and continued appreciation for Coco's relentless confidence in herself and how she handles things. Coco on the other hand is perhaps attracted to Ruby's bubbly naivete and perseverance, a reminder of her younger years before she became cynical. Slowly growing closer here, Ruby asking for advice on how to kiss and Coco unabashedly demonstrating on Ruby.

Hot Excitement - So Ruby's had her first kiss and now she's eager to learn more. Coco can't help but be impressed by the endless energy here and shows ruby how to self pleasure herself, (by demonstrating of course), which leads to helping each other explore each other's bodies much to Ruby's embarrassment and Coco's surprise.

Lift with your Tongue - Expanding their experimentation here. Coco strikes me as wanting to play around with sensual oils and toys, while ruby's energy seems to explore aggressive lovemaking and experimentation with Dom/Sub play, Coco being the obvious Dom here. Really whatever flavor of Yuri you like with Coco gleefully taking the lead, having Ruby try out various outfits along the way.

If he doesn't change his armor to a better looking one, I just want him to get rid of those ugly armor plates and just go full civilian with his sword/shield as the only indication that he's a hunter. It'll still carry over his image of being a normal guy who wished to become a hero. He probably slapped those armor bits in (which also evoked a wannabe knight image) since he didn't know about aura anyway.

It doesn't even have to be edgy. He can be as bright and determined as before despite how wearing a black hoodie looks. Like how Ruby is the most cheerful and optimistic girl despite how she looks with red/black and a scythe.

Ironwood and Glynda - Another interesting one, if only that it seems they have some bad memories/history with each other but have more or less patched it up.

Bad Memories - Probably nothing more than coffee and/or dinner at first, James trying to patch things up with her and Glynda only barely tolerating it. Nothing will probably happen initially beyond a polite kissing of Glynda's hand as he bids her goodnight.

Therapy - More visits here, probably sporadic at first as they both lead busy lives, but slowly increasing with frequency. Glynda finally letting her frustrations go first as she has one too many glasses of wine while James listens somewhat patiently before trying to make Glynda try to convince Ozpin about something which will probably kill the mood right there.

Therapy Part II - Despite the Ozpin thing (that seems to be a common point of anger between them, maybe a love triangle in the past?) Glynda finally lets loose with another venting session leading james to finally make a move and hug her to let her know he's there for her. Evening will perhaps end on a kiss with Glynda demanding to see him again.

Hardwood - And they do see each other again. That kiss has awoken something Glynda long let lay dormant. An abbreviated dinner session this time, with a visit to a Vale hotel or her apartment. This is familiar ground between them, but now Ironwood has his "upgrades". Conventional lovemaking at first followed by some kinky experimental sensory play with glynda's magic teasingly wreaking havoc with Ironwood's synthetic nerves for hyper stimulation, and Ironwood's endless erection providing her many hours of pleasure.

Awkward First time - As said earlier, any attempt at fun by Qrow is going to be shot down hard by these two. He's going to hang around needling them to get a reaction out of the two to hang out and leave their stuffy positions for a trip to a local bar, probably a seedy one of Qrow's choosing, just to make them squirm more.

Breaking the Ice - Ok so Qrow sees he needs to change tactics here, and he does actually care for these ladies on some level, at least as comrades anyway. Softens the drunken wanker bit and offers to go to a *shudder* fancy place of their choosing as way of making amends. Suffers through it, but gets a quick peck on the cheek from them for his troubles and for behaving himself. (He cleans up well!)

Henpecked - So Qrow feels he's making progress and turning on the charm. Probably after another night on the town and plenty of booze his partner finally pulls them to their respective quarters only for them to flip the script on him. Like with Ironwood, Glynda/Winter are going to destress the hell out of themselves and if Qrow breaks, oh well! Hyper aggressive sex and domplay here, the Mistresses have awoken and they will not be denied! Winter will probably be more physical while Glynda more conventional and passionate.

A guy asked it a few days ago so I'll give the same reply.

Different reasons. The most common is that it goes against the big ships that involve either Jaune or Ruby namely White Rose and formerly Arkos. This is the most common reason I've seen and it's just shippers being shippers.

The 2nd most common one I've seen is that people like seeing them as friends and just want them to stay friends since it's "icky" if they get romantic. They're comfortable enough with each other but without the sexual tension that it seems weird for them to become romantic. I kinda empathize with this one since their dynamic is similar to how me and my sister act. It's somehow more icky for me than fucking Enabler which is real incest.

The 3rd most common I've seen is that people just don't like romance since it gets in the way. I can also agree with this because romance bogged down both Jaune and Pyrrha with how they handled it. Now that they've been freed, Jaune can develop in a more interesting way. I'm actually legit interested in how he develops from now on compared to his bullshit at the dance arc. Lancaster happening would mean more of that love stuff and chances are, it's going to be handled badly.

The other reasons I've seen is that because it's making Ruby end up with the 1st guy her age (who is also prominent in the show) that she saw, "forcing" the 2 main leaders together, making the audience surrogate end up with the MC or that Miles is literally writing his character to end up with the main character.

There has never been any indication of either being necessarily stifled or unable to cut loose in their position.

Glynda comes off as frustrated but it seems more to do with the fact that she surrounded by idiots than anything else.

There are ways she could end up with Qrow but destressing probably wouldn't be one of them considering that every move he took was just one massive moronic drunk move after another. Not only would it remind her of work but she has to actively work to improve her position there as well and that's a big bet to take if you're so goddamn frustrated you want to go binge drinking to calm down.

As for Winter she did not remotely come off as stifled or frustrated. The diffrence in how she acted in public and in private with Weiss wasn't stifled.

Characters are developed through interactions with each other. The entire point of a story is to develop its characters over the course of a conflict. If your characters remain completely unchanged over the course of your whole story, they're bad, static characters. If you want a romance to develop between characters, you have to do just that, develop it.

This is why I thought that Arkos was sort of contrived in season 3. It always felt that it was going to happen one way or another, but it simply came the fuck out of nowhere. I think the parallel for Weiss and Jaune are unintentional because the series never even talked or brought even the tiniest focus to their similar goals despite how much I wished they would. It's a neat detail that would have explained why Jaune was crazy about Weiss but they didn't do anything about it. At least as far as we know so maybe it can change in the future.

Pyrrha and Ruby on the other hand seems a little intentional. The table scene where they're deliberately looking at one another+Jaune and wondering at the same time how to help the guy, posing together at the same time when Jaune was in trouble, Pyrrha literally appearing as Jaune asks for another nice quirky girl to talk to and then the Ozpin-Guardian thing. If it somehow got revealed that Summer was Ozpin's previous guardian then I really think it's intentional.

Very much this. As far as character development goes, Ruby and Weiss' relationship probably has the most out of any in the show. Everything else is just "Oh it happened off-screen". Sure there's plenty of that with them too, but as far as what WAS shown...

This is another really difficult one especially given their positions and demands of life. For feasibility's sake this fic would most likely have to be done before she goes full maiden unless you want to do a torture/capture/rape fic with Cinder having her way with a captured Glynda but that'll be pretty one dimensional and pretty much just be "which fetish will glynda suffer from today?"

I'm thinking an infiltrating Cinder having fun with a slow war of teasing a sexually frustrated Glynda

First Encounters - A few adjustments to her clothes to heighten the sex appeal and Cinder shows how she can grab the eye of any boy (and girl?) on campus. Glynda getting pissed here for the transfer student disrupting her classes.

Detention - Frustrated with Cinder's shenanigans, she holds Cinder in detention, Cinder of course ramps up the sex factor to 11 to try and fluster Glynda. Here either Glynda would have to be written as a closet lesbian or Cinder using some kind of mind control dust/magic to subtly have Glynda turned on by her charms. At this point Glynda would probably be pleasuring herself behind her desk while Cinder looks on knowingly, sure she's made the appropriate impact

Which Witch? - This has already been touched upon in a greentext, but the charm could escalate further here, Glynda flustered and confused at the sudden feelings and hormonal urges that came out of nowhere around Cinder, forces her to investigate further, trying to figure out what she can about this woman. Obviously Cinder won't like that and here, if you go dark, you can use Em and Merc to either kidnap or distract Glynda off Cinder's trail, or if a more lighthearted romp, have them have something like pic related where they try to prove who's a sexier lady either by taking out their stress on each other or on other students.

Final Grades - Finally, if you're going dark, this'll probably start drifting into what I described earlier, you'll probably have Cinder kidnapping Glynda somehow and subjecting her to her torture/pleasure chamber in some warehouse somewhere, breaking Glynda to become a spy high up with Ozpin and a way for Cinder to have some fun with a Lady (much to emerald's suffering) or if you go light you have furious secretive lesbian hijinks. Glynda trying to keep this tryst under wraps from Ozpin and the rest of Beacon and Cinder just having a fun diversion for no other reason than she loves watching Glynda squirm. In other words, the whole relationship is a powerplay, but of the sheets more than anything else.

Jaune and Cinder/Pyrrha

This one, like the Grimm Pyrrha one is going to be damn hard to write convincingly. Regardless of who's inside Cinder's body, that's still Cinder staring back at you, who just iced Amber and blew you the fuck up in the maiden's basement and thanks to Ruby, you now know has killed your waifu.

Painful First Steps - The initial encounter. Awkward, dangerous, violent. Ruby is obviously going to try to attack Cyrrha (using it for simplification) on sight and get everyone to join in. Expect Cyrrha to beat a hasty retreat unless she retains her magneto powers or maiden powers somehow, lots of fighting and screaming from Cyrrha trying to convince them it's not really Cinder anymore.

Tracking - Here you can decide how dark you want to make it. The fight has had an impact on Cyrrha as she's retreated. If you want to stay on a lighter note you can have her follow RNJR from a safe distance but still tracking them trying to figure out a way to lead Jaune away from the group to talk to him and convince him it's really her. Probably after a long time and repeated attempts he at least stops to listen to what she has to say.

If you go dark then you can have the fight rattle her badly and sort of mentally unhinge her more. Lets face it, her spirit/essence is occupying another body, anything wacky can happen here. Make her go full yandere, make her desire Jaune, demand him be furious that little upstart and her friends are preventing you from having your Jaune. You will make them suffer etc etc.

Confrontation - One way or another, Cyrrha wil probably want to reunite with Jaune and Ruby. Over a decent period of repeated contact with Jaune, she'll probably convince him to convince the rest of RNJR to let her tag along. Expect a lot of apologies and Cyrrha reciting things only Pyrrha would know...sorry about the locker, sorry for trying to go it alone, sorry for not telling you about the maiden transfer thing etc etc. With that much revelation by her, Ruby will have little choice to grudgingly go along with it most likely especially if Jaune is willing to give her a chance and probably Nora will want to have Pyrrha back too. Though, like Ruby, will remain on guard and suspicious.

Budding Flames - Ok so where's the smut? I'm getting to that. Like I said, no one is really fully trusting Cyrrha right now. She'll try to sleep in Jaune's tent only for ruby to insist she sleep with him or at the very least inbetween them and other assorted hijinks like that. Ruby will start to go all motherly on Jaune (probably Nora too) on making sure Cyrrha doesn't get TOO close to him or get him alone.Eventually Cyrrha will get Jaune alone and will remind him of that faithful night at Beacon where it all went wrong. And they'll have their 2nd kiss.

Going hot - Here you finally can get to the escalation. Ruby and Nora will probably relax now that Cyrrha has gone so long without doing anything evil and will be fine with Cyrrha Visiting Jaune alone from time to time. Expect once again frantic yet more tender lovemaking since Cyrrha will still have Cinder's hot bod to get Jaune at attention at the drop of a hat, and with enough time Ruby will be fine letting them be together though with a touch of jealousy perhaps at being separated from her friend. If you want to go dark, you can basically follow the formula of that Yandere Pyrrha fic we had earlier where Cyrrha keeps trying to keep Jaune for herself at the exclusion of all others, generating conflict and drama.
