Honestly, based on what info we've got from varying sources, if anything, I'd think that Weiss would view her scar as a point of pride. A symbol of her growth and her conviction.

She got it in her fight with the Knight, which was undergone as a test of her will to get out from under her Father's control. The scar is a mark that shows her desire for independence, and her success in beginning down that path.

It'd be interesting if, in V4, having been taken back home, she started covering it up in shame or something. But that's probably expecting too much from this animation...

Mostly due to the fact that, from an audience perspective, there is no great difference in attractiveness between Jaune and Neptune, yet Weiss reacted much more warmly to Neptune's identical attempts at flirting.
It's a joke, and a poorly done one at that. Gave a bit of a character moment between Jaune and Neptune, a cheap laugh at the start of V3, and was subsequently dropped.
Personally, I hope they never revisit it.
