Just finished episode 3. I'm really liking how quick the show starts, wading through all the bullshit. Episode 3 is definitely the best so far, but the last two were great as well. If I had a complaint, it would be the fight scenes. Until Daredevil fights the biker gang, the fights are way too darklit, which actually frustrates me because it's made the Frank fight scenes incoherent as hell, which is disappointing to say the least. However, everything else has been incredible, and the rooftop scene is one of the best confrontations I've ever seen in cape related media. I actually really dig how they really play on Frank's militaristic mindset. It's different, yet still hits the character's roots. I was afraid that Frank would be too emotional, but they found a great middle ground.

I just finished season 2, I'd give it a solid 8.5/10

for "only" dealing guns, Turk could get a plea deal and name a lot of people who committed murders with his guns. For every few years added by his complicity in those, the prosecutors would take more years off the sentence for getting them so many guys.

Normally plea deals favor the little guy implicating the crime boss, but as a middleman, Turk benefits most: he has a lot of information, but he's just a gun-runner working for a handful of REALLY big guys, so there's no point in pushing for a huge sentence for him.

Agreed so far (on episode 5). Everything else has vastly improved over the amazing first season, except the fights. The fights between Matt and Frank were so darkly lit I couldn't even tell what was going on. The stairway fight was the first fight that was great, but to be honest it wasn't even close to some of the fights in season 1. If season 1's got anything over 2 right now, it's the fights.
