I'll admit, I chuckled at this and a few of the other trailers. I don't think this will be Johnny Test or Supernoobs tier. The biggest problem with this is that it's going to appear mediocre in comparison to the original.

At least with Teen Titans GO, the show is so vastly different in tone and style that it's pretty much pointless to compare it to the original. This feels likes its wants to be "The Powerpuff Girls, but newer and better."

And that's a load of shit. Unless it's a show for toddlers that needs to be severely dumbed down for obvious reasons, there's no reason they shouldn't want to appeal to everyone. A good cartoon shouldn't have to make the claim "Oh, who cares if it's good, it's for children!"

On top of that, the original PPG was very much about appealing to everyone. I remember thinking it was a show for girls and then slowly catching it and coming to love it. I mean it wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it was still fairly progressive to have a show about girls that both girls and boys could enjoy equally.
