For context, that was from the final episode of Brave and Bold, Bat-Mite grew tired of the Silver Age goofery and wanted the show cancelled for a more grimdark Batman cartoon, so he started using his powers to ruin the show, by making toy tie-ins, making Batman act out of character, changing the location from Gotham and giving him an annoying Scrappy sidekick. And to cap it off, he did what he was sure would be a death sentence to any Batmedia, and had Batman fire guns.
