I don't know, but let's say a fat person get granted super powers and decides to fight crime. If he/she decides to go on patrols or fight villians it requires a lot of physical exercise (punching, running, etc) and I would think eventually all that exercise will pay off so even if they started off fat when they got their powers some months or years of doing that will either slim them down or muscle them up. Look at it like this. Obviously, every woman has some level of innate beauty. A base value on the 10 scale, derived from things like facial features, limb structure, hair quality, and so on. The unchanging things.

That gets modified by everything else, like make-up quality, grooming, weight. For you, a 400+ pound girl is going to get a big negative modifier. For others, a girl under 200 is going to get a huge negative modifier.

she is chubby, but can't workout or anything due to absurdly high degrees of strength, like OPM levels. she has an average job, a daughter and likes her life the way it is, but gets pestered to help various hero organizations with their problems. she doesn't mind helping, but its more of a "when i have free time" thing, family comes first.
