If anything it's a strike AGAINST Gnosticism since it implies that there is no special knowledge that provides salvation. Emmet is NOT special because he went to the real world and back, that only revealed the aspects of his character that he was relying on the entire time (being able to plan well and get others to work together).

The big action climax of the movie involves EVERYONE in the Lego world being able to do cool shit and making things unique to them. They didn't have to be the hero or recieve divine, special, secret knowledge for it. They just needed a pep talk.
