Theoretically, I could make their parts too heavy for them to lift but if I can't do that because of plot then I'll have to invest in a Nerf Gun or a BB-Gun.

I fire the Nerf dart/BB and once it reaches maximum velocity I make it weigh 4 tons. It doesn't matter how much it weighs once it's already in flight so each shot will be like being hit with a truck. This is assuming the ammo doesn't disintegrate due to having its density fucked with.

The real problem would be defense, but if I can invest in some super heavy armor plate that's too heavy to normally move but highly protective then I can just make it weigh like a T-shirt and jeans without sacrificing the density.

Well I was thinking of timed clocks like watches, detonators, stoves, nukes and phones.

Like, say you needed to escape in the city. You run to a populated place, alter the clocks around there by increasing the current time by an hour or so. People realize they've stayed too long and need to get moving, thus causing social stealth for you.

The other which is easier is fighting something who has an explosive. You could possible delay or hasten the explosive so it doesn't effect you. The wiki says some can manipulate time through clocks, so it wouldn't be outlandish to assume he can manipulate time as well.
