Physical confrontations between force users seem to be largely won by the most confident. Up until Vader's last breath, that has always been Palpatine. The man had an ego bigger than the galaxy.

Here's my version of what is going to happen.

Ahsoka will defend the scooby-gang from Vader and the two loser inquisitors. Ahsoka will understand during the fight who exactly is Vader and lose the will to fight. Vader will choke her while she's crying and toss her away, then focus his attention on the hero group.

But then the inquisitors will use the occasion to kill Ahsoka while vulnerable, happy to kill a Jedi and thinking it will please Vader.

Vader kills the two inquisitors and go away, forgetting the others.

Vader killed off the remaining Jedi. Ashoka is not a Jedi. I think they wrote her as not-Jedi for a reason, guys. He didn't go around killing off all the force positive/sensitive things he found because that would have taken AGES.

On a side-note, I think that the M word could be justified as microorganisms that are attracted to force-users and THAT'S why they're used by the prequel-era Jedi to scout users. That and Qui-Gon was just explaining it to a child, briefly, in terms that an 8 y/o would be able to more easily digest. It's impossible to ascribe any emotion at all to that dance number. It's also one of two fights in the PT where Lucas just plot-armours the winner. That said, Maul, while skilled, is essentially a mook, so it's no surprise Obi-Wan beat him. He's Boba Fett tier until he actually has some char growth in TCW.

Palaptine was able to sense Vader was alive on mustafar from inside the Senate chamber on coruscant. It's therefore plausible that he could either sense or foresee that Anakin was coming to help Windu make the arrest.
