Does it really matter if Daredevil premiers at the same time as BvS? People with Netflix who want to see BvS hardcore will watch it first on the first day/weekend then go home and watch Netflix. People who don't will probably watch Netflix first then go watch BvS the next day or when it's convenient for them. A free 10-hour show isn't going to affect the movie's take. It just invites comparison between the two and even then Daredevil is running the risk of getting drown out since every media outlet is going to want to talk about BvS for clicks.

Or, you know, DC/WB saw a spot they could put their movie where there wasn't anything to contest them for a few weeks rather than join in on a busy summer schedule. DC/WB did a fantastic job of scheduling movies this year. BvS moved to an unclaimed spot where they can ride an open schedule for weeks, like Star Wars. SS has a great window in August and are unopposed for a few weeks as the last summer blockbuster. Nobody is going to move beside or after them and they're going to have a really good year. That's actually a strangely complex question. There was a rumor a while back saying BvS cost $410mil to make, which is really, really high. However, it's unverified and we don't know if that figure includes advertising. Figure advertising is ~$150mil, then the budget is ~$260mil, which around the normal range for both figures for blockbusters. SS, for instance, is rumored to be ~$250mil budget as well.

Even if it was $410mil just to make the movie, that's a really good number considering it basically produces significant concept and costume work for five movies (BvS, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and both Justice Leagues). The new Wonder Woman film, for instance, looks like it's using the same costume elements, logo and probably background work to establish a coherent brand. Wonder Woman is rumored at $190mil, which is lower and a good number. Same will likely be the case for Aquaman.

The cost for making BvS is pretty much spread out to make the base concepts and costumes for the entire universe. It's kind of like how the Hobbit cost $600mil to make, but it's spread between three movies. So, the real answer is that nobody knows except WB. And nobody cares because everyone knows it'll make more than enough and more importantly does the job of setting up a new franchise for WB, which it's needed since the Dark Knight, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings franchises are finished now. It's just a matter of how high it can go.

Keep in mind, the only trailer we've seen so far is the one from Comic Con. It's long, but it's more of a teaser since they spliced the footage together while they were still in the middle of filming.

We haven't seen any special effects yet because none were really done save for minor stuff like Batman's cape while he's hanging on Joker's car. We haven't seen a lot and there's all sorts of rumored items, like King Shark making a cameo in Belle Reeve, Enchantress' magic and her transorming ARGUS soldiers into literal arguses. We'll get a better feel once the first full trailer comes out in a few weeks.
