I know people bitched and moaned over delays on Hawkeye, but the matter of fact is, while it might suck on that brief moment, now for years and decades you will have amazing comic on your shelf.

I would much rather have delays on Ms. Marvel and have everything done by Alphona, than what we have.

I think it was woven in quite cleverly.
They inserted a whole new faction with a logical explanation and specific aesthetic, set up characters with backgrounds to explore and strong motivations, did not meaningfully contradict the existing canon.
The writing itself is in parts debatable, but technically this has been done about as competently as possible without creating a completely unrelated character.

The truly disappointing part is that Angela does not get any fucking recognition in Mighty Thor.
She could have been an ally or a foe, or just fucking there.
But nope! Can't have two women be of importance.
That would destroy the impression of those dumb feminists that Jane Foster was the only fighting woman in Marvel.
You'd think Odin had lost a word about how his kids keep disappearing lately...
